Maleren har færdiggjort maling af træfacader for 2024.
Det har været en prioritering, at få malet det træværk først, som trængte mest.
Vi har derfor fået malet havesiden af #1 og #9 samt elevatortårne i #7 og #9.
Bestyrelsen håber at kunne fortsætte malerarbejdet i 2025.

Painting wooden facades
The painter has completed painting of wooden facades for 2024.
It has been a priority to paint the woodwork first that needed the most.
We have therefore painted the garden side of #1 and #9 as well as elevator towers in #7 and #9.
The board hopes to be able to continue the painting work in 2025.
UPDATE; Ny vejbelægning - New road surface
En OB belægning er en bitumen afdækkes med 5/8 mm mørke skæver.
De pletter, som vi oplever, kommer fra vridende biler, når vi bakker ud og holder stille på stedet samtidig med at vi drejer forhjulene.
Det er desværre en ting, der følger med, og det kan være generende!
Men det har ikke indflydelse på kvaliteten af produktet, og det vil aftage over tid.
NCC kommer inden for 2 uger og drysser et tyndt lag stenmel på de *blødende pletter* og ligger desuden en lille bunke stenmel i hver ende på vendepladserne,
så vi selv kan drysse pletterne, hvis der opstår nye mærker, som generer.
Mandag den 30. september fejer NCC alle vejene for løse sten, hvilket betyder, at der ikke kan parkeres på stikvejene
– så den morgen skal alle biler være flyttet fra Mølledammen.
Bilerne kan eventuelt parkeres på den store p-plads (ved gæsteparkeringen) eller ved Plantorama.

NCC comes within 2 weeks and sprinkles a thin layer of stone flour on the *bleeding spots* and also places a small pile of stone flour at each end of the turning areas,
so that we can sprinkle the stains ourselves if new marks appear that bother us.
On Monday, September 30, NCC will sweep all the roads for loose stones, which means that it is not possible to park on the side roads
– so by that morning, all cars must be moved out of Mølledammen.
The cars can be parked in the large parking lot (by the guest parking) or at Plantorama.
Lokalplanen er vedtaget af kommunen.

Serviceudkald på elevatorer er en betydelig post i vores samlede regnskab og et enkelt udkald har en pris på 3.000 - 10.000 kr., så det løber hurtigt op.

- you are NOT allowed to request service calls yourself!
Service calls on elevators are a significant item in our total accounts and a single call has a cost of DKK 3,000 - 10,000 so it adds up quickly.
Vi har hidtil haft hjælp til rengøring af elevatorer én gang månedligt.
Den person, som har haft opgaven, har valgt at opsige samarbejdet, da han ikke er helt ung længere.
Der vil ikke blive fundet en ny person til opgaven, da bestyrelsen - i forbindelse med fastlæggelse af vedligeholdelsesplan - allerede nu ved, at foreningen får flere udgifter til vedligeholdelse fremover grundet vores bygningers alder
- og derfor forsøger vi at holde alle fællesudgifter nede.
Det betyder, at opgaven nu er en fællesopgave for de beboere, som benytter elevatorerne.

Hvis du oplever at der bliver glat, kan du selv hente sand til at skrø på svalegang/ trappe i de sække, der er placeret ved hver enkelt trappe.
Vi må IKKE bruge salt, da det ødelægger trægulvet samt underlaget!

Our supplier sweeps snow once a day.
If you experience that it gets slippery, you can pick up sand yourself to hoard on the dovecote / staircase in the bags that are located by each individual staircase.
It's NOT allowed to use salt as it will ruin the wooden floor as well as the substrate!
